US domestic shipping
Each order is packed with care and a little extra love 💌 Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order heads your way.
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and typically arrives within 2–5 business days once shipped. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the move.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
International shipping
We currently do not offer standard international shipping. However, we may accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis. If you’re located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and shipping options.
Returns
Returns and Exchanges
Each piece is created and packed with care 💌 Because many items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos—we’ll make it right.
